Hydration of necrotic tissue, helping to loosen the necrotic crust without requiring mechanical debridement.
High viscosity.
Extremely cohesive gel.
Does not leak.
Use of Urgohydrogel under an occlusive dressing (Algoplaque Film®) to prevent the gel from dehydrating on the surface.
